Yoga Sadhana was established in mid 2016 as a purpose-built venue for teaching and practising Hatha Yoga.

Yoga Sadhana offer courses on Surya Kriya, an authentic Hatha Yoga practice that incorporates aspects of ‘Kriya’ (Inner Energy Process) which activate the solar plexus to raise the samat prana, or solar heat, in the system.
