Why am I receiving 2 purchase receipt emails? & The difference between Tax invoices and Purchase confirmation emails.

KRIYA Booking System provides Business to send Tax Invoices and Purchase confirmation Emails to their Clients.

These are two different category of Emails, Purchase confirmation emails are sent automatically to clients after every purchase. And Tax Invoices are mainly used by Physios.

Let us see how to stop Tax Invoice Emails to Clients #

  1. Go to Settings in Left Main Menu, Click on Main Settings.
  2. Scroll down to find Booking Settings section, and Untick / Uncheck “Send Tax Invoices to customers with every purchase” check box.
