Yes, to settled owed unpaid visits/classes the customer first needs is a valid Pass.
You can see a report on Unpaid Visits (Reports > Unpaid Visits)
The customer, or you, can decide to purchase this Pass with the payment method of choice: Cash, Credit Card, EFTPOS or Bank Transfer if accepted by you.
Once, you add a valid Pass then you can settle unpaid visits against this Pass.
