My Customer Cannot See My Timetable

Your customer contacted you because she or he cannot see the Timetable and she is on the right page.

First, make sure your customer is on the right page on your website or listing page giving on Settings > Widget Code or Settings > Free Website

There could be many reasons why your customer cannot open or see your Timetable.

  1. Her or his browser is blocking Javascript
  2. Her browser or device could be an older version

Here are some tips on what to do

  1. Ask her to refresh the page CTRL + F5
  2. Ask her to try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Internet Edge)
  3. Try another device, laptop or a mobile phone

If she doesn’t have another device, better to text/sms you to book a class.
